Script give rewards to players!

Hi, this is karma system for ReDM. this script allows you to put a bounty on players.

features :

1. If the player kills other player, bounty will be put on his head for a specific timeframe. Other players can hunt the wanted player.​
2. If someone kills the wanted player, money will be remove from the wanted player and will be given to the bounty hunter. (karma)​
3. Reward and time is in the config.​
4. Currently support REDEMRP and VORP framework. However for VORP is still in testing
